i just had a luxurious bagel with silky cream cheese and swirls of cinnamon and little raisins that were bursts of excellent chewiness...
i used to hate raisin bagels because i thought the raisins interrupted the texture... used to hate sprinkles for the same reason... but now, NOW i relish in a little interruption, a speedbump, a surprise, a reason to stop and think about it, a little unexpected sweetness.
.. having a delightfully aware and thankful Monday morning... (you can quote me on that)
